Please read these terms carefully before using our website or purchasing products and training from Franktown Firearms. Use of this site constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
Store Policies
Orders, Returns & Purchasing
Policies governing purchases, order changes, returns, and firearm & ammunition sales.
We understand mistakes happen. Orders needing modification will be cancelled and refunded in full minus a $10 fee via gift card. The customer must then re-place the order on the website — Franktown Firearms will not place orders on behalf of customers due to fraud exposure.
Transaction lead times reset during any modification.
All sales are final. Canceled and returned orders are charged a 15% restocking fee. If an order surpasses 21 days without required documents, it will be canceled and funds returned minus the 15% fee.
Training classes cannot be canceled or rescheduled. Classes are non-transferable and must be completed by the registered individual. Absences after a class starts are counted as a no-show.
All orders ship within 3–10 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking available for UPS and FedEx. Flat rate shipping applies to the lower 48 states only — orders from outside will be canceled and charged a restocking fee.
Billing and shipping addresses must match. Serialized items (firearms) ship to your chosen FFL — do not enter the FFL as the shipping address.
All firearms, magazines, receivers, and restricted items are sold in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Many items may be restricted in your area — check your local regulations before ordering.
All new firearms ship in the original manufacturer’s box with accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms sales are final. Warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year. Accessories and special-order items are not covered unless guaranteed in writing.
It is illegal to ship firearms directly to non-FFL holders. Firearms purchased online may be picked up in-store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you.
We may contact and verify the FFL you select at checkout before shipping. Buyers are encouraged to contact the receiving FFL before purchase to confirm acceptance and any associated fees.
You must be 18+ to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21+ to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammo ships ground with adult signature required. Ammunition sales are final.
Always verify the correct ammunition for your specific firearm. Customers are responsible for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding ammunition purchases.

If any representations made during purchase are incorrect or if you fail to comply with these Terms, you agree to indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release Franktown Firearms and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution.
By placing your order, you release Franktown Firearms from any and all liability arising from or related to the products purchased — including use, storage, handling, or transportation — and agree to indemnify Franktown Firearms against any related civil or criminal liability.
You expressly agree that any dispute resolution proceedings — including litigation, arbitration, and mediation — will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
By making this agreement, you acknowledge and affirm that this is a knowing, voluntary, and permanent waiver of any right to bring federal, state, or local claims as part of any class or on behalf of any other individuals, before any court or tribunal.

Franktown Firearms and all indicated marks on this site are trademarks owned exclusively by Franktown Firearms. Use of these trademarks is prohibited in connection with any non-Franktown product, to disparage Franktown Firearms, or in any manner that may cause customer confusion.
All website content — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, digital downloads, and software — is the exclusive property of Franktown Firearms, protected by U.S. and international copyright law. All rights reserved. Infringements will be rigorously defended.
You are responsible for protecting your unique username and password and agree to be responsible for all activities performed under your user account. Report any unauthorized access to Franktown Firearms immediately.
When you purchase from our store, we collect personal information provided during the buying and selling process — including your name, address, and email address. By using our website and/or online store, you agree to read and abide by our Privacy Policy.
Franktown Firearms grants a limited license to access and make personal use of this website. This license does not include the right to download material, modify content, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or otherwise exploit any portion of this site for commercial purposes without express written permission. Unauthorized use voids this license.
By submitting content (including photographs and testimonials), you grant Franktown Firearms a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content worldwide. You warrant that you own all rights to submitted content. Franktown Firearms reserves the right to remove any content at our sole discretion.

Franktown Firearms, at our sole discretion, will determine if purchasing criteria have been met to qualify for stated discounts or free products. Orders with circumvented software safeguards may be modified or canceled. Changes will be communicated via the contact information provided at time of order.
By visiting Franktown Firearms, you agree that the laws of the State of Colorado — without regard to conflict of law principles — will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Franktown Firearms.
Franktown Firearms reserves the right to modify, alter, delete, and update these policies at any time. Such changes do not nullify our rights if infringements or breaches occurred under a previous version. Franktown Firearms is a licensed Colorado business complying with all applicable state and federal laws.
